Matt is selected by ASCAP with 5 other composers to participate in their first electronic scoring workshop. (September 2003)

Helmed by Hollywood composer Jeff Rona, Matt & the other composers were treated to a few weeks of studio time, composer seminars, and scoring in the electronic lab.

Thier lecturers were Jeff Rona, Bobby Summerfield, Stephen Krause, Charlie Clouser, Reinhold Heil & Johnny Klimek, and Alias' Michael Giacchino.
